1. Beta Program

The Pyramid is currently in beta for the 2025-26 NBA season. During this period:

• Features, rules, and scoring may change based on testing and feedback
• You may experience bugs, service interruptions, or data inconsistencies
• Game history or progress may be reset between seasons
• We actively encourage feedback to help shape the game

We're building The Pyramid as a community-driven game. Your feedback during beta directly influences the product. Contact us at customersupport@triples-sport.com with suggestions, bug reports, or ideas.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use The Pyramid. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use The Pyramid, you must create an account with a valid email address and username. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Game Rules

The Pyramid is a free-to-play fantasy basketball game. The rules are as follows:

• Select two NBA players each day to compete against legendary performances
• Your players' combined stats must meet or exceed the target in all categories to win
• Progress through The Pyramid by defeating legends in sequence
• Lineups lock when the first selected player's game begins

We reserve the right to modify game rules, scoring, or mechanics at any time, particularly during the beta period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or share accounts with others
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
• Attempt to manipulate game results or exploit bugs
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Intellectual Property

The Pyramid, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Triples Sports. NBA team names, player names, and related marks are property of the NBA and its teams. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.

7. Data and Statistics

We use third-party data providers for NBA statistics. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all statistics are error-free. Game results based on official data are final.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, especially during the beta period. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PYRAMID IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS ESPECIALLY APPLIES DURING THE BETA PERIOD WHERE FEATURES ARE ACTIVELY BEING DEVELOPED AND TESTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPLES SPORTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as we refine the game during beta. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
